Part-time Executive Assistant Needed (On-Site – 15-20 hours/ week)

Office Location:  Wildwood, MO


Busy business owners looking for an AMAZING Executive Assistant to support a rapidly growing real estate business.  The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, capable, and detail-oriented. This role includes office support as well as on-the-go responsibilities outside of the office.  Every day may be different and you won’t be bored!  


Duties include: 


Office Management

  • Maintain supplies inventory

  • Shopping for needed supplies

  • Mail processing

  • Receipts management

  • Light housekeeping

  • Errands, as needed


Client Relationship Support

  • Closing gift preparation including shopping & wrapping

  • Home anniversary management


Listing Support

  • New listing marketing materials preparation

  • Lockboxes placed at and picked up from homes

  • Listing set up at property

  • Setting signs

  • Open House preparations


Supporting Founders

  • Prepare presentation materials needed for listing appointments

  • Prepare buyer consultation folders

  • Prepare materials needed for client showings

  • Miscellaneous errands

  • Meeting preparation & support

  • Other duties, as needed

  • Real estate license preferred 

  • MUST have reliable transportation and provide own car for field work

Real estate industry experience is a PLUS!  Bonus if you have your real estate license!

 

This is a part-time (15 hours weekly) position requiring a commitment of time in the office each day.  Actual hours are flexible and the final schedule will be determined as part of the final interview process.


Dress is workplace casual.
