TRANSACTION COORDINATOR NEEDED (FULL-TIME)

Office Location: Wildwood, MO

Tight-knit real estate team looking for an AMAZING Transaction Coordinator to support a growing business. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric and detail-oriented with a shared passion of continuous improvement. 

Becoming the Transaction Coordinator at KB Collective Real Estate, LLC. is an opportunity to utilize your strengths and impact the experience for buyers and sellers of residential real estate sales. This is a critical role responsible for day-to-day support of 5+ agents and management of a diverse portfolio of contract-to-closing business processes and listing preparation too. This role directly impacts the growth, development and client experience of a Top Producing St. Louis Real Estate Team. The Transaction Coordinator will manage contract deadlines and milestones, while influencing change through creative and powerful strategies for the benefit of current and future clients and team members.

Duties include: 

General Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders: weekly check-in with active clients under contract, schedule closing appointments, manage deadlines, gather receipts and lien waivers per recent repairs/upgrades

  • Manage paperwork and ensure compliance: draft/execute/upload paperwork timely to intranet, manage contract deadlines, strategize ways to streamline processes

  • Lead real estate agents: run weekly Team Meeting, help prioritize and coordinate tasks between the office and the field.

  • Prepare property listings: prepare listings for market, input listings in MLS, coordinate photos


Requirements:

  • Local to St. Louis area

  • Missouri Real Estate Salesperson License

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Amazing customer support skills and attitude of service

  • Excellent listening skills

  • Ability to effectively multitask

  • Extremely organized and particular in your work

  • Tech-savvy

  • Detail oriented and acute attention to accuracy

  • Works well under deadlines.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Can employ personal time management to prioritize projects and get work completed

  • Receptive to feedback & coachable

  • Collaborative attitude: Able to build relationships with various personalities and can adapt to other working styles while achieving exceptional results.

  • MUST have reliable transportation.

  • MUST provide your own reliable laptop and phone for business matters


Preferred:

  • Transaction Coordinator experience

  • Real estate sales experience

  • Experience with G-suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs/Sheets)

  • BONUS: Experience with Docusign, BackAgent, Dropbox, Maris, ShowingTime


Schedule and Compensation

  • 40 Hours per week

  • Hybrid - Work from home and in the KB Collective Real Estate Wildwood Office

  • Base salary

  • Closing bonus

  • Coverage of fees/memberships required for job
