Job Summary
KBCO is seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant & Office Manager to join our dynamic, fast-growing real estate team. If you're a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work, this role is for you! We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks that keep our team running smoothly—both in the office and out in the field.

Key Responsibilities
Office Management & Administrative Support
Keep the office clean, organized and running efficiently
Manage schedules, supplies, and communication
Mail processing
Receipts management
Errands, as needed
Client Relationship Support
Closing gift preparation including shopping & wrapping
Home anniversary management
Listing Support
New listing marketing materials preparation
Lockboxes placed at and picked up from homes
Listing set up at property
Setting signs
Open House preparations
Supporting Founders
Prepare presentation materials needed for listing appointments
Prepare buyer consultation folders
Prepare materials needed for client showings
Miscellaneous errands
Meeting preparation & support
Other duties, as needed
Marketing Liaison
Review and revise marketing materials
Support with basic social media needs
