October brought beautiful weather and even better news, more happy clients turning keys in their new front doors! We had a truly successful month helping both buyers secure their perfect spots and sellers move on to their next adventure.

Although not pictured, a big shout-out to Dave for successfully wrapping up the closing on his Florissant residence. We also welcome Barry & Linda, who have officially secured the keys to their wonderful new home in Ellisville, a great purchase! Our very own Kristen & Chris celebrated a swift and successful exit from their St. Charles investment. It was truly a mission accomplished for Ryan & Megan as they passed the torch on their Maplewood house. Efraim began a fresh chapter after moving on from his property in Florissant, and finally, huge kudos to Vicki for a smooth transition out of her Ballwin home!
