The checklist below will help you make a strong first impression, attract serious buyers, and maximize your sale price! Even if you can’t do everything on the list, some improvements can make a big difference.

1. Deep Clean Every Inch
A clean home looks newer and better cared for. Pay special attention to kitchens, bathrooms, baseboards, windows, and light fixtures.
