The team is made up of Team Leaders Kaitlyn Barks and Kristen Beahm, 3 additional full-time producing REALTORS®, and 4 fantastic support staff. REALTOR NEEDED (FULL-TIME)

Office Location: Wildwood, MO

Responsibilities: 

  • Conducting property showings, negotiations, and transactions with utmost professionalism.

  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities.

  • Staying updated on market trends and property values.

  • Building and maintaining client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborating with the team to enhance overall productivity and success.

  • Embracing a can-do mentality and commitment to expertise.

  • Contributing to the KB Collective culture of excellence.


Requirements:

  • Active real estate license.

  • Proven track record of successful real estate transactions.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with the St. Louis real estate market is a plus.

  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of real estate tools and platforms.
